The “Recording of parameter” plugin allows you to take a parameter value from a communication (pipe, air duct) and write it to the parameter of the insulation, which is modeled on this communication.
We run the plugin.
Select the following settings in the window that opens:
1. We select the Revit categories you want to work on.
2. We select the parameter from which we want to take the value.
3. We select the isolation parameter categories to which you want to write the value.
4. In case of using numerical parameters, you may multiply it by entering the appropriate coefficient.
5. Click Done.
The plugin will eventually transfer the parameter value from communication to isolation, and if necessary, multiply it by the specified coefficient.
